Dr. Tallon devoted much of her life to education, community and the environment. She earned her doctorate in early childhood education and spent much of her life involved in schools and the community, among which was to help build Crafts Creek Spring Hill Brook Watershed Association into what we are today.
We have created a scholarship fund in her memory so that our youth can continue to benefit from her vision of a cleaner, educated world.
